Project Requirements

A domestic aerospace enterprise requires nitrogen protection during experimental processes.
The customer wants to design the whole nitrogen generator as a skid-mounted unit, which reduces the floor space and will be convenient for transportation.

Our Solution
  • According to the gas requirement of our clients, we designed the equipment output capacity to be 20Nm³/h, and purity of 99%, at the same time, air compressor and air buffer tanks are also integrated as a whole system with the nitrogen generator
  • Both floor space and on-site pipe connection construction work is reduced to provide convenience user operation.
  • We also developed a fully automated control system and sound & light alarms system for this equipment.
