An Algerian company utilizing thermal desorption units for drilling waste treatment. They required a mobile, outdoor-operable nitrogen generator with a flow rate of 300 Nm³/h and 95% purity, suitable for desert operations.

• The entire system must be mobile for outdoor operation.
• The equipment must withstand harsh desert environments with significant temperature fluctuations.
• A backup gas source connection must be available for equipment maintenance or in case of malfunction.

We provided a complete skid-mounted system integrated into a 40-foot standard container for mobile operation. The system includes anti-sand and dust nets to prevent sand intrusion. The electrical control cabinet is equipped with air conditioning to prevent malfunctions due to high desert temperatures. Additionally, a backup gas source interface was provided, allowing the client to connect a new gas source at any time.
