Nitrogen Generator for Stainless Steel Laser Cutting

Project Requirements

Foreign manufacturers producing and cutting stainless steel plates require nitrogen generators to be used with their laser cutting machines to achieve anti-oxidation, improve cutting quality, accelerate cutting speed, and reduce costs.

Our Solution

After communicating with the customer about the relevant details, we customized a nitrogen generator with a gas capacity of 50Nm³/h and a purity of 99.99% according to customer's gas consumption and gas purity requirements.
The equipment uses a customized pressure vessel, which contains a cold dryer filter and a fully automated control system.
After the final product test, the purity of the produced gas is above 99.99%, which meets the customer's requirements.
