For all standard and customized models, we will carry out equipment testing and trial run before delivery to ensure the stability of the equipment as well as high quality of the performance, to avoid subsequent problems in the future and additional time costs.
In order to ensure that the equipment is not subject to external damage during transportation, we will wrap each part with bubble film when packing. Especially for the main part of the nitrogen generator, we will wrap the shock-absorbing and pressure-reducing materials outside the equipment, and then pack it in non-fumigation wooden crates, which will further protect the equipment from being damaged by external forces during transportation.
When you receive the equipment, for the subsequent use, we will provide guidance for installation and operation through the video remotely. If there is any need, we can also arrange for professional after-sales personnel to provide on-site guidance and field installation. We will make sure that the equipment installed on site by us is well-tuned, so that they can start operation at the best performance.
In addition to our attached operating instructions, we can also provide on-site training to confirm that your staff have a good command of the usage of our equipment, in order to avoid unnecessary damage in the subsequent operation, and ensure the service life of the equipment.
