Shutdown and unpressurization maintenance

• The air compressor should be maintained regularly, and the air filter, oil filter and oil should be replaced regularly according to the instructions.
• Check whether the cold dryer is under refrigeration every day, replace the filter element every six months, and remove oil and water in time.
• Check whether the drain at the lower end of the filter is drained automatically every week.
• Manually drain the drain at the lower end of the air buffer tank every day.
• Keep the nitrogen generator in a clean, dry and ventilated working environment.

Nitrogen Generator Maintenance Process:

Daily Inspection

• Whether the pressure displayed on differential pressure gauge is normal;
• The discharge of the filter.
• Whether the pressure of the pressure gauge is normal;
• Whether the valve is opened or closed by the yellow sign on it

Routine Inspection

• Cleaning filter built-in discharge valve, cartridge replacement
• Whether the oxygen analyzer is in normal condition.
• Whether the nitrogen piping is free of leaks.
• Regularly discharge the accumulated water in outlet of the air buffer tank.
• Filter should be cleaned and maintained regularly according to the requirements of the instructions for use.
• Pilot valve and regulator should be overhauled once a year, and safety valve should be calibrated regularly.
• All valves and equipment parts are strictly prohibited to use oil lubricant to prevent contamination of molecular sieve.
