Project Requirements
A steel wire factory in Qatar required a high-purity nitrogen generator to be used with an annealing furnace. They had previously purchased nitrogen generator equipment from India.
This client send requirement to us for nitrogen generator with high purity of 99.999% and a gas production capacity of 300Nm³/h.
Our Solution
- We have customized the pressure vessel to meet the standard for the relevant required parameters, and also equipped our equipment with cylinder compression system and fully automated control system, which makes the operation more convenient.
- Meanwhile, for the production of high purity nitrogen, gas purification device will be needed. After communicating and confirming with the customer, we use the regular nitrogen generator + carbonization gas purification equipment to ensure the high purity of nitrogen.
